Bring together the development programme, fit-out and operator handover while aligning technical, commercial and financial decisions.
My contribution
My role covered design and construction management, implementation, opening preparations and handover to the operator. I subsequently worked on the asset’s financial restructuring, debt refinancing, commercial relaunch and sale process.
Project perspective
A hotel’s long-term performance depends in part on how it reaches opening. Aligning the product, operator requirements and financing helps keep development decisions connected to the operating business.
